Community of Leaders
The Community of Leaders program is a leadership training program designed for mid- and senior-career infectious diseases and HIV specialists across the healthcare team. Over the next seven weeks, attendees will participate in a combination of synchronous and asynchronous activities designed to help them establish a personal management philosophy, evaluated and improve essential leadership behaviors, and codify strategies to manage and implement change. Each workshop will last approximately two to three hours. Webinars vary in length and may be completed at the learner's convenience.
