Certificates are easily accessible and can be saved or printed at any time.

To retrieve a certificate, you must have first successfully completed a course.

To download an individual certificate:

• Be sure you are logged in to IDSA Academy
• Navigate to MY ACCOUNT on the menu tab and click on MY TRANSCRIPT
• Locate and click the activity for which you would like to print a certificate
• Click the word DOWNLOAD in the Certificate column
• Print or save your certificate
