The "Inclusion Leadership" unit offers a deep dive into the concepts of race, racism, structural racism, and anti-racism, providing a solid foundation for understanding intersectionality, equality, and equity. This unit trains participants to recognize and address implicit bias, develop effective strategies for fostering an inclusive culture, and implement an actionable anti-racism plan. Through a social justice framework, learners will also explore behaviors that support diversity in the workplace, equipping them with the skills to lead inclusively and effectively.
