Orientation: Learning Unit Summary

This orientation unit introduces the overall structure, design, and expectations of the IDSA Leadership Institute’s Community of Leaders program. It is intended to provide essential context before you begin the program by explaining how the asynchronous coursework, in-person capstone workshops, and supporting resources work together to support evidence-based leadership development. Completing this unit will help you understand how the program is organized, what is expected of you as a participant, and how each component contributes to your learning experience.
