As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement—and in response to alumni feedback requesting greater peer connection and follow-up—we are pleased to offer this optional Community of Leaders alumni expansion. Informed by findings from our comprehensive four-year program analysis, this offering extends coaching and learning opportunities beyond program completion.

Following the in-person workshops, participants will identify one to three leadership behaviors from their LPI results to focus on over the coming year. IDSA will host four alumni group coaching calls to support continued connection, reflection, and accountability, using evidence-based group coaching practices.

At the end of the year, alumni will have the opportunity to complete an LPI 360 reassessment to evaluate observable changes in these targeted leadership behaviors.
